General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) govern purchases made through the KÓC BUTIK online store (kocbutik.hu).

By placing an order in the online store, the Customer accepts the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Operation of the Online Store

KÓC BUTIK sells new women's clothing, fashion accessories and other products included in its range, directly from its own stock.

The online store offers delivery throughout Hungary and to Romania.

Product photographs may be provided for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in display settings, the actual colours of products may vary slightly from those shown on the website.

The Service Provider regularly updates product descriptions and prices. However, it reserves the right to modify the product range, prices, stock availability information and product descriptions without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

The Customer may add selected products to their shopping cart and complete the order after providing the information required for the purchase.

By submitting an order, the Customer makes an offer that entails an obligation to pay.

Upon receipt of the order, the system automatically sends a confirmation email. This automatic acknowledgement does not constitute the conclusion of a contract.

The sales contract is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the acceptance of the order and its fulfilment in a separate email.

The Service Provider reserves the right to reject an order in the event of an obvious technical error, incorrect pricing or insufficient stock. In such cases, the Customer will be notified without delay, and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Prices

All prices displayed in the online store are stated in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable under the relevant legislation.

Shipping fees are displayed separately during the checkout process.

Promotional prices are valid only for the duration of the relevant promotion.

In the event of an obviously incorrect price (for example, HUF 259 instead of HUF 25,990), the Service Provider is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price.
